Pinpoint leak location without tearing up your whole home.
Tell us what's going on and we'll call you right back.

Unexplained high water bills, warm spots on the floor, or the sound of running water? We locate hidden and slab leaks with electronic detection, then repair or reroute the line with the least disruption to your slab and floors.
Turn off every faucet, appliance and irrigation zone, then watch the leak indicator on your water meter, usually a small triangle or dial. If it keeps turning, water is escaping somewhere. Write down the reading, wait an hour without using water and check again. That simple test tells us whether the leak is constant before we arrive.
Nearly every home in the valley sits on a concrete slab with water lines running underneath. Shifting desert soil, abrasion against rock and the corrosive effect of hard water can wear a pinhole in copper over time. Warm floor spots, cracked tile, damp carpet and a water heater that runs constantly are the usual clues.
Pressurized water escaping a pipe makes a distinct sound. Using acoustic listening equipment and line tracing, we narrow the leak to a small area of the floor before any concrete is opened. That means one targeted access point instead of jackhammering several rooms to search for it.
A single leak in otherwise healthy pipe can often be repaired by opening the slab at that spot. If the line has several weak points, rerouting it through walls or the attic avoids future slab breaks. We explain both options with a flat price for each so you can decide what makes sense for your home.
Not every high bill is inside the house. Drip lines, sprinkler valves and the service line between the meter and the home can leak underground, sometimes for months in desert landscaping where the ground dries quickly. Soggy gravel, unusually green patches or sinking pavers point outside, and we check those too.
Water on the floor near the garage heater or a musty smell under a sink can be a supply leak, a failing water heater or a cracked drain. We test each system so the right one gets fixed. Persistent sewer odor may point to a damaged drain line, covered on our drain cleaning page.
