Neighborhood Plumbing Notes

Summerlin

Summerlin's master-planned villages range from 1990s homes to recent construction. Older sections are reaching the age when original water heaters, supply lines and pressure regulators commonly need replacing, so we see plenty of water heater swaps on the west side.

Henderson

Henderson covers everything from older central neighborhoods to newer hillside developments. Slab leaks and hard-water scale are frequent calls here, and we handle the full range of repairs, from a dripping hose bib to a main line backup.

North Las Vegas

North Las Vegas mixes established homes near the city core with fast-growing newer subdivisions to the north. Older homes tend to need drain line and fixture work, while newer builds more often call about pressure regulators and builder-grade fixtures failing early.

Spring Valley

Spring Valley sits west of the Strip with a large stock of homes built in the 1980s and 1990s. Plumbing in that age range often needs repiping decisions, worn shutoff valves replaced and tank heaters upgraded.

Enterprise

Enterprise in the southwest valley is one of the area's fastest-growing communities, with many recently built homes. Common calls include clogged drains from construction debris, water heater setup questions and tracing leaks behind new drywall.

Paradise

Paradise covers the UNLV area and the blocks just east of Las Vegas Boulevard, home to some of the valley's older housing. Cast iron and clay drain lines, mature-tree roots and aging galvanized supply pipe make main line cleaning and repiping frequent needs.

Centennial Hills

Centennial Hills in the northwest has mostly newer homes, many with tankless water heaters and soft-water systems. We service and descale tankless units and handle the occasional slab or irrigation leak in the area's desert landscaping.

Green Valley

Green Valley is one of Henderson's more established areas, with many homes now several decades old. Original water heaters, corroded fittings and slow sewer lines are typical, and hydro jetting often restores older drains.

Anthem

Anthem sits in the foothills of southern Henderson, where higher elevation and hillside lots can mean stronger water pressure. A properly working pressure regulator protects fixtures and appliances, and we test and replace those when pressure runs high.
